We can provide NVQ units of level 1 or 2 or equivalent (accredited through appropriate awarding bodies including the Open College Network)

 Training delivery

Training can be delivered in the following ways

  • Personal ICT sessions, one to one at their place of work or another suitable location      

  • Group ICT sessions, set up in community locations or using an ICT bus

  • Access to a training plan mentor who will assist employers with the task of planning staff training to fit their business needs;

  • Other training delivered at a local level.


 Adult guidance 

We offer information and guidance on learning, work and career opportunities. In addition we may help you to make contact with other people or organisations that may be able to assist you.


We can help you:

  • Understand more about yourself and assess what you are capable of achieving.

  • Explore and identify opportunities which might be open to you.

  • Design a plan of what you need to do to reach your chosen goals.

  • Assist you with questions about finance and childcare.
